I served on staff at Xperience as Production Director, and was Not only responsible for the overall production esthetic week in and week out, but suggested several logistical changes in creative planning and execution that helped weekend attendance to grow from 850 to 1300 in two years. I had an amazing time growing my team and being responsible for everything from audio, video, lighting and stage design. They are a very unique location and the team there is like a tight knit family!
